Refunds & Credit Notes
We create most of our pieces on demand, which means they take time to craft—but the wait is worth it. Please keep this in mind when considering returns and exchanges.
- 90‑Day Returns: Full‑price items can be refunded or exchanged within 90 days of receipt.
- Sale & Discounted Items: 14‑day window for returns from the date you receive them.
- Credit Notes: If you prefer a store credit instead of a refund, contact our Customer Care team.
Note: International orders are currently not exchangeable.

To receive a refund, please include the original wrapping cloth with your return.

- Use the prepaid label sent by email and drop off at your nearest carrier.
